How long do I get access to the eBooks for?
There is no limit. You get access for as long as you want. And when the ebooks are revised, you are welcome to access the new versions.

How long do I get to access the Teaching Center?
There is no time limit on the Teaching Center. You can visit as many times as you like and come back years after you complete everything you want to.If you forget your login information, then just open a ticket and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Can I print the eBooks
Yes you can!In fact embedded in each eBook is a type set version suitable for color, ink jet printing. That link can be found on page 2 of each eBook.

How do I access the Video and Flash Tools?
If you have purchased access to the flash or video tools, here is how you access it.

1. Check your email. At the time of purchase we sent you an email with a link to register for your area.
Once you see it click on the link in the email and when your browser opens it, fill out the form and press submit.

Note: You can pick any user name and password you want, but be sure to use an email address that we can send an email to so we can verify your account. Sometimes there is a verification process that must be completed.

2. Fill out the form. Once you fill it out, you will be either granted immediate access or we will have to review the information and approve access. However, you may see the links to your area right after pressing okay. If so, click on the links to see if you can get right in. If not we will send you an email with approval. Usually this happens quickly.

3. Go to the link shown here and enter your user name and password. This is for flash and video tools only.

Once you get in, you will see a dialogue box open. Put in your user name and password. You will be granted access to the area.

Note: You may have to enter your user name and password two times when entering different areas. This is something that is happening less and less over time. But at first it can be a hassle.

If you see two dialogue boxes, one right after another, make sure to fill out both. The second one can become obscured by open browser windows if you click on something else. If that happens, it can be difficult to get it back on top again.

Note: If the system is in approval mode, you will have to wait until we send you a return email with approved access. We take care of that as soon as we see it. This is a manual process so we have to do it by hand.

If you do not get an email from us or you experience something strange, you may have to ask for our help. Please open a ticket and we will help you get in. Sometimes things like firewalls and browser security (pop up blockers) can insert problems, so you may want to check that first. Try turning off your firewall for a few minutes, just long enough to see if you can get in.

Accessing Your eBook
If you have purchased an eBook, here is how you access it.

1. Check your email. We sent you an email with the location of your eBook in it. You can click on the link in the email any time to download your eBook. We suggest saving it to your desktop so you can easily see and use it.

You may want to store it in another folder for the long term, but for now the desktop works well.

Note: You may get a warning from your firewall or anti virus program warning you about executables (.exe). This one is okay to download and use. Almost all programs are sent in the form of executables.

2. The executable (.exe) contains the eBook reader, launch it by double clicking the .exe file.

This reader is necessary to view the eBookl. We suggest downloading this to your desktop as well.

3. Next, click on the eBook Reader to open it. The eBook (program) will show up set to page 1.

4. When you move to another page, you will be prompted for your user name and password.

5. Enter your user name and password.Place your user name, password and email address in it. Your user name and password were sent to you in the same email. We suggest copying and pasting them both. Make sure you do not copy and paste blank spaces.

6. Then click on okay. The eBook will accept the registration number once you complete this page.

If you see a box saying the user name and password combination are invalid, you will have to open a ticket and request a new user name and password. These are time sensitive combinations and they do expire once in a while.

This usually happens right before we perform maintenance on the eBooks. Let us know and we will take care of you right away.

But before you do, check for a second email from us. Usually we know about this as it happens, and we may have already sent you new information.
